Photography in the prototype
The homepage uses five distinct images supplied in the earlier website-design materials: an architectural shoreline exterior, a winter chalet, a home interior, a marina and a waterfront pier. None is presented as an active Westmere listing. Their original photographer, exact location and commercial usage rights have not been verified, so these images are for private design review only and must be replaced before publication.
Photographic direction for launch
- One signed-off architectural exterior in Thornbury or Craigleith photographed in early evening, with clear room for headline text.
- A different seasonal ski-country property with the owner’s and photographer’s written permission.
- A separate, real four-season home interior with usage rights.
- A recognizable Thornbury harbour or Collingwood marina image, correctly credited and cleared for commercial use.
- A unique editorial photograph for one original Field Notes article, not recycled from the hero.
Production and Ontario compliance
Add the actual brokerage and registrant identification required by RECO, verify rights to the Westmere name and domain, connect a secure form with consent/privacy handling, and substantiate all descriptions of services and professional experience.
