Westmere's role
Westmere Group provides executive-relocation coordination and assignment-management services. Work may include assignment planning, household discovery, housing sourcing and comparison across appropriate channels, neighbourhood and commute guidance, provider coordination, move and household setup coordination, arrival readiness and stabilization, and departure closeout.
Housing and real-estate services
Westmere is not a real estate brokerage or registered real-estate representative. Westmere may research, source and compare appropriate housing paths, including managed furnished residences, corporate-housing providers and brokerage inventory. Where registered real-estate representation, brokerage-controlled access or inventory, negotiation, documentation or other regulated real-estate services are required, those services are performed by an independent RECO-registered brokerage or registrant. Westmere can coordinate alongside a client's existing brokerage.
Temporary accommodation
Where the booking or sale of temporary accommodation requires Ontario travel-industry registration, the client contracts directly with the accommodation provider or uses an appropriately registered provider unless another compliant structure has been established.
Professional advice
Westmere does not provide legal, immigration, tax, accounting, financial or regulated security advice. Qualified professionals remain responsible for those services.
Active service periods
Westmere engagements are structured around defined active phases such as pre-arrival planning, arrival and stabilization, and departure closeout. Unless separately agreed in writing, Westmere does not provide ongoing property management, household management, maintenance administration or general concierge services between active phases.
Third-party providers
Brokerages, accommodation providers, movers, drivers and other specialists are independent third parties unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Their services are governed by their own agreements, professional obligations and applicable law.
Fees and client funds
Westmere's assignment-management fee is separate from third-party housing, moving, transportation and professional costs. Clients generally contract with and pay third-party providers directly. Westmere does not add undisclosed markups to third-party costs.
