Information we collect

Westmere may receive business contact information and assignment details such as employer, origin city, timing, household composition, housing requirements and other logistical information that you choose to provide.

Information not requested through the website

Please do not submit passport or visa copies, Social Insurance Numbers, banking credentials, passwords, payment-card data, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive identifiers through the website briefing form.

How we use information

We use submitted information to assess fit, scope and respond to an assignment, and, once engaged, to coordinate approved services and providers. Westmere does not use assignment information for unrelated purposes.

Website forms

Website briefing submissions are processed through Netlify's hosting and form infrastructure. Access to submissions should be limited to authorized Westmere personnel who need the information to respond to the inquiry.

Third-party providers

When an engagement requires an independent brokerage, housing operator, mover, transportation provider or other specialist, Westmere may share the minimum information reasonably needed for that provider to quote or perform an approved service. Those providers are responsible for their own systems, agreements and legal obligations.

Retention and security

Westmere intends to retain assignment information only for as long as reasonably required for the engagement, legitimate business records and applicable legal obligations. Westmere uses administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
